Do Dham Kedarnath and Badrinath Tour
Are you seeking a spiritual retreat that also immerses you in nature at its most breathtaking? If yes, our Do Dham Yatra Package to Kedarnath and Badrinath is the best choice. We have exclusively designed this 5-day pilgrimage tour package that will take you on a divine journey—deep into the majestic Himalayas, where devotion meets nature. Every turn, every step on the road leading to the Do Dham sites will bring peace to your soul.
Our exclusive Do Dham tour starts from Haridwar or Rishikesh. Located on the banks of India’s most sacred river, the Ganga, both cities are among India’s holiest and are renowned for their holy ghats, temples, and ashrams. As you head towards Guptkashi, you will pass through several ancient temples, sacred river confluences, and beautiful mountain towns and villages. Watching the views of the mountains and valleys, along with the life of the Pahari people, is itself a delight. You will feel almost frozen in time, for sure.
Have you ever heard of Devprayag, Rudraprayag, or Dhari Devi Temple? You will have the opportunity to see all these sites on the way to Guptkashi as part of your Do Dham Yatra. These spots are very scenic and hold great mythological and spiritual significance. And you will experience it the moment you arrive.
Once you arrive in Guptkashi, the first major stop of your Do Dham Yatra, our representative will assist you with transfer to the pre-booked hotel. Guptkashi is a peaceful mountain town and is your gateway to Kedarnath, the first Dham of your divine journey. The next morning, after breakfast, you will check out of the hotel. We will then take you to Gaurikund (via Sonprayag), a famous Hindu pilgrimage site and the base camp for the trek to Baba Kedarnath Temple. At Gaurikund, enjoy some sightseeing, including Gauri Kund Lake, Temples, and Kedar Valley. From Gaurikund, your sacred trek to Kedarnath will start. It is a 16 km long trek and might feel difficult. But do not worry; the path is blessed with copious natural beauty and dotted with interesting stories and legends, which might help you cope with the tiredness and the pain of the arduous trek.
As you arrive in Kedarnath, you will check in at your pre-booked hotel for an overnight stay close to the temple. Our representative will guide you there. After some relaxation, we will take you to Kedarnath Temple, where you will have the divine darshan of Baba Kedar (Lord Shiva). Do not forget to attend the evening Aarti at the temple complex. You can also just sit in silence to experience the divine aura; it’s just magical, peaceful, and powerful.
Next morning (the third day of your Do Dham Yatra), we will return to Guptkashi via the same route. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Guptkashi. On the fourth day of your spiritual journey, we will proceed to the second Dham — Badrinath, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. On the way, you will pass through Chopta, lovingly called the Mini Switzerland of India due to its exceptional natural beauty. We are fairly certain that you will love the lush green meadows and refreshing mountain air. You will also go to visit the Tungnath Temple, which is the highest Shiva Temple in the world, if time permits. After reaching Badrinath, you will stay at your pre-booked hotel, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.
On the last day of your Do Dham Yatra, you will visit the Badrinath Temple, one of the most sacred shrines on earth, dedicated to Lord Vishnu (Badri Vishal). The temple is grand, serene, and deeply sacred, with the holy Alaknanda River flowing beside it and the mighty Neelkanth Peak towering above. Have the darshan of Bhagwan Badri to seek blessings. Next, we will take you to visit the nearby Mana Village, the last village of India before the Tibetan border. The village is nicknamed the “Tourism Village” by the state government of Uttarakhand. It is beautiful and full of stories, and several attractions like Vyas Gufa and Bhim Pul. Soon after, we will drive back to Haridwar or Rishikesh, where you will be dropped at a hotel or the railway station.
With our Do Dham Yatra tour package, we will take care of your accommodation, meals, transportation, and on-ground assistance. So, don’t worry. We will do our best to make your spiritual journey unforgettable. All you need to do is bring your faith, your curiosity, and maybe a warm jacket or two.
If you want to explore all four Dhams (Char Dham sites), we also offer Char Dham Yatra by Road and Char Dham Yatra by Helicopter tour packages. Additionally, we can also arrange Do Dham Yatra by Helicopter and Same Day Do Dham Yatra by Helicopter. Please take a look at the related packages.
