Early morning drive to Janki Chatti for the darshan of Yamunotri. Our tour representative will drop you off at Janki Chatti, from where you will start your 6km trek to reach the Yamunotri Temple. It is one of the significant Char Dham shrines in Uttarakhand. Yamunotri is the origin of the sacred River Yamuna, and there is a temple dedicated to the Goddess Yamuna, called Yamunotri Temple. The main deity of the temple is the Goddess Yamuna, carved in black stone. There is also a water reservoir called Surya Kund, where pilgrims take a holy dip. So, you must have a darshan of Mata Yamuna and take a holy dip in the Surya Kunda. After this, trek back to Janki Chatti, where our tour representative will pick you up in a four-wheeler.
