Amarnath Yatra from Delhi

The second day of your Amarnath Yatra is the most significant, as you will have the darshan of Shri Amarnath Ji Gufa. Early morning departure from Srinagar to Baltal around 4-5 AM, which is approximately a 90 km journey. You will be dropped off at the Neelgarh Helipad by our tour representative. There, you will board your helicopter to Panchtarni, which takes around 8-10 minutes. Upon arrival at Panchtarni, you will have to trek for 5-6 km to reach Amarnath Gufa (Cave), or you can hire a pony or a palki at your own expense.

After reaching the holy cave, you will have a darshan of the naturally formed ice Shivling, a divine manifestation of lord Shiva. Alongside the main Shiva Lingam, there are two smaller ice formations, which are considered Goddess Sita and Lord Ganesha. After darshan and seeking blessings, trek back to Panchtarni to board your flight to Baltal. Our tour representative will pick you up from Baltal and drive you towards Sonmarg for an overnight stay.

Have your breakfast and check out of the hotel. Our representative will drive you to Srinagar, which takes around 2-3 hours. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel or a houseboat stay, depending on availability. Check in and relax. Later, proceed for a sightseeing tour. Enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, visit the famous Shalimar Bagh, and explore Nishat Bagh. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
