Adi Kailash, Om Parvat with Panchachuli Base Camp Tour

After breakfast, you will proceed on a sightseeing tour of Pithoragarh. Visit the Pithoragarh Fort and other famous landmarks. While roaming, admire the lush greenery with a backdrop of snow-capped peaks. Our tour representative will drive you from Pithoragarh to Dharchula, where you will stay for the night.

Today, you will get the Inner Line Permit at Dharchula for the Adi Kailash Yatra. You will proceed to Nabi or Gunji Village, which is considered the starting point of the Adi Kailash Yatra route. Enjoying scenic vistas, you will reach your destination. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and relax. The day is for acclimatizing to the high altitude of Gunji or Nabi. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Today is the most important day of your trip as you will visit Joling Kong, the base camp of the Adi Kailash peak. Have your breakfast early in the morning, or take the packed snacks and leave for Joling Kong. You will have the darshan of the sacred peak of Adi Kailash and Ganesh Parvat. Later, you will visit the Parvati Sarovar (Gauri Kund). This lake holds an immense spiritual significance and is a must-visit place during the Adi Kailash Yatra. After the holy darshan of Adi Kailash and Gauri Kund, you will return to your hotel in Nabi/Gunji for an overnight stay.

Have an early breakfast and proceed to Om Parvat, another sacred peak associated with Lord Shiva near Mount Adi Kailash. This holy peak is revered for its natural snow formation in the shape of the ‘Om’ Symbol. Near Om Parvat, you will visit the Kali Mata Temple, the origin of the holy Kali River, and have a darshan of Sheshnag Parvat. After this, you will be driven to Narayan Ashram, a spiritual cum social educational centre. Soak in the laid-back environment and admire the beautiful surroundings. Overnight stay will be in the Narayan Ashram.

Have your breakfast and leave for Dugtu/Dantu, a small village located in the picturesque Darma Valley. Check into the guesthouse/homestay and relax. You can explore the beautiful village of Dugtu or Dantu and get acclimatized. Overnight stay in Dugtu/Dantu Village.

Have your breakfast and begin trekking towards Panchachuli Glacier Base. The trek takes you to the Panchachuli Base Camp situated at an altitude of 4260 metres, where you will see the five peaks of Panchachuli in the background. The base camp offers an enthralling view of the sprawling meadows bordered by tall Oak. Spend some time here and return to your hotel/homestay in Dugtu/Dantu Village for an overnight stay.

In the morning, have your breakfast and check out. You will begin your return journey after completing the Adi Kailash Om Parvat with Panchachuli Base Camp tour. While returning, you will visit Patal Bhuvaneshwar, a limestone cave dedicated to lord Shiva. Here you will see the natural rock formations that resemble various Hindu deities, also there is a Shivalinga. After darshan, check into a hotel near Patal Bhuvneshwar for an overnight stay.
