Arrival in Kathmandu, meet by our officer and transfer to hotel. Hotel

Drive to Dhunche (2000m / 130 km / 6 hrs) or Syabrubesi (1600m / 145 km / 6.5 hrs).
Drive to Rasuwagadhi (1800m / 15 km / 45 min from Syabrubesi), then complete immigration & custom formalities in Nepal & Tibet side at Rasuwagadhi, then continue further drive to Kyirong county (3950m) – 3 hrs / 105 km.
Rest day in Kyirong County for acclimatization purpose.
Drive, Kyirong to Dongba (4500m) – 5.5 hrs / 270 km.
Drive, Dongba to Lake Manasarovar (4600m) – 6 hrs / 360 km
: Puja / holy dip in Lake Manasarovar & drive to Darchen (4700m) by afternoon after lunch – 1 hr / 40 km
Drive to Yama Dwar (8 km / 30 min) & then start trekking to Diraphuk (4950m) – 5 hrs / 18 km.
Continue trekking from Diraphuk to Zuthulphuk (4850m) crossing Dolma La Pass (5600m) enroute – 9 hrs / 22 km
Trek upto near Darchen (3 hrs / 11 km) and then drive to Darchen for lunch and meet all group members then continue drive to Dongba
Back journey, drive to Kyirong County – 270 km / 5.5 hrs.
: Drive back to Kathmandu via Rasuwagadhi border completing immigration formalities – 10 hrs / 265 km.

ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:
50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 30 days of your travel date. (NOTE: This policy is not applicable for packages costing above INR 50,000/-)
Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 15 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival day.
Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.
PROCESS OF MAKING ADVANCE PAYMENT:
One Time Advance Payment: It can be done through our website www.bharatbooking.com by using Net banking/Credit Card/Debit Card and Wallets via EBS, CC-Avenue, HDFC gateway etc.
EMI OPTIONS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN OUR GATEWAYS:
Cash Deposit option at Bharat Booking’s Delhi office i.e. 21 & 22 Parshvnath Metro Mall, Near Kashmiri Gate, Metro Station Gate No 2, New Delhi.
Cash deposit in any of our Bank Accounts (HDFC, PNB, ICICI, AXIS, SBI, BOI, SBP and Yes Bank ).
The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies (early check in is subject to availability)
Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in such places are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.
Service Charge & Service tax is different.
Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
There is no contract between Bharat Booking Holidays India Pvt. Ltd. and the client until the company has received initial deposit amount of specified tour package.
In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.
Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases.
In exceptional cases like Instant death, company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges. (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount)
The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy.
Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services.
AMENDMENT POLICY (PREPONE & POSTPONE):
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives.
